My husband and I love old houses. That’s our story. We fancy ourselves custodians of our old homes. Uncovering the dust, shining off the brass, replacing worn fixtures, walls, windows and adding our own special touches. We try to do things that are in keeping with the period and marrying the updates with today’s convenience and functionality.

When we found this house we fell in love with the entire property and the story behind it. The Rogers family used this home as their “summer home” and it started as a log cabin.
